Silver Brazing & TIG Welding

Cast-In Foundry & CNC Grinding

100% dielectric strength testing for 60 seconds with zero electrical breakdown.
100 MΩ Megger Isolation
Tested at 500V DC to ensure cold insulation resistance exceeds 100 Megaohms.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Immersion boiler bundles tested at 1.5x design operating pressure for zero leakage.
