Constructed from seamless Grade 1 pure titanium or Teflon (PTFE) sheaths, these chemical immersion heaters resist severe corrosion from nitric, chromic, sulfuric acids and aggressive electroplating electrolytes.

- Engineered with genuine Nichrome 80/20 resistance wire and electro-grade MgO insulation.
- Custom sheath alloys available: SS304, SS316L, Incoloy 800/840, Grade 1 Titanium, and Copper.
- Voltage compatibility: 220V/240V 1-Phase, 415V 3-Phase, and 480V export standard.
